These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the l8t9 platform. By registering an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by l8t9 (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and l8t9. l8t9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. - You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh. Use of the Platform is not permitted from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either voluntary or imposed by l8t9, at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party, business, or organisation.
Account Registration and Security
When registering for an l8t9 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your registered Bangladesh mobile number. You must not provide false or misleading information during registration. l8t9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed to l8t9's satisfaction.
Each player may hold only one registered account on l8t9. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where l8t9 identifies that a player holds more than one account, l8t9 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify l8t9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach relating to your login credentials.
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party. l8t9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- l8t9 may terminate or suspend your account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.
Deposits and Withdrawals
l8t9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l8t9 does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes of approval, subject to standard processing and verification requirements.
l8t9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the platform's Cashier section. l8t9 may revise these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
- Funds deposited into your l8t9 account must be used for gaming purposes. l8t9 is not a financial institution and does not provide interest on account balances.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. l8t9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods or anonymous sources.
- In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated by your payment provider, l8t9 reserves the right to suspend your account and reverse any associated winnings or bonus amounts pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
l8t9 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. These Terms provide a general framework; the specific bonus terms for each offer take precedence over this section in the event of any conflict.
l8t9's standard welcome bonus offers a 100% match on a player's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by l8t9 unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited to your l8t9 account in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from your cash balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- The wagering requirement for the standard welcome bonus is 20x the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus creates a wagering requirement of ৳40,000 (20 x ৳2,000).
- Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
- l8t9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of automated betting systems, or other conduct that l8t9 considers to be in bad faith.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l8t9 Platform. l8t9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account of any player found to have engaged in any of the following, and to void all winnings and bonuses associated with that account:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or the use of the Platform.
- Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or other automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
- Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any other financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
- Opening or using multiple accounts (bonus abuse), whether under the same identity or under different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or otherwise circumventing these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the l8t9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and structural layout, is the property of l8t9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of l8t9.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l8t9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute goods or services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if l8t9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
l8t9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. l8t9's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy and Data Protection
l8t9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at l8t9.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to l8t9's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy . l8t9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by applicable law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
Amendments to These Terms
l8t9 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
